Bonnie Smith is Owner and Managing Broker of Dream Big Colorado in Breckenridge and Littleton, Colorado.
Bonnie is the 2017 Colorado REALTOR of the Year.
She has served as a National Association of REALTORS Director in an at-large position for Colorado for many years, and serves on the NAR Finance Committee. She is a CAR Director, and Past Chair of the Colorado REALTORS' Project Wildfire initiative.
She was President of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers, 2007 Summit REALTOR of the Year and 2005 President of the Summit Association of REALTORS, and 2007 District Vice President for the Colorado Association of REALTORS. In 2007 she was inducted into the NAR RPAC Hall of Fame, in 2014 into the Second Tier Hall of Fame, and in 2020 into the Third Tier HOF. A graduate of Boston College and participant in the Executive MBA program at Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, Bonnie puts a premium on education. She holds the ABR, AHWD, CIPS, CRB, CRS, C2EX, GRI, MRE, RSPS, SRS, SRES, TRC, SAS, and ALHS designations. She has recently been certified in the NAR Commitment To Excellence program (C2EX).
Her work resume includes corporate and field marketing experience, most recently as Vice President of Marketing, Advertising and Planning for a Fortune 100 company. Additionally, she was President of an independent consulting firm, specializing in marketing and management counseling. She has taught sales, marketing, and computer training classes and lectured on motivation, management, and marketing throughout the US and Canada. Her commercial real estate experience includes development, space planning, and purchase and leasing.
Bonnie has resided in Summit County for the past thirty-five years, and in the Denver Metro area for seven years. As a longtime local, life in Colorado is a blend of working and outdoor life with a focus on community.
